Located in Knightsbridge, it showcases the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

If you can’t fly to Saudi Arabia, then you can experience one of its most historical sites in the heart of London. Diriyah House London has opened in One Hyde Park in Knightsbridge, and recreates the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Diriyah House London is a purpose-built space that offers a glimpse into the Saudi Arabian site. The development is operated by the art dealer Sotheby’s International Realty. The company recently entered the Saudi Arabian market with branded residences featuring Baccarat and Corinthia.

Diriyah is famous for being the original capital of Saudi Arabia, as it was once the seat of power for the Al Saud family. During the 18th and 19th centuries, it became a politically important site and was home to the founder of the first Saudi state, Mohammed bin Saud. In 2010, At-Turaif Historical District became a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and holds one of the largest mud brick districts in the world.

Diriyah House is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm, Saturday from 10am to 5pm, and Sunday from 11am to 4pm. Check in with FACT for the best things to do in London.
