Located on Sydney Street, it offers traditional cocktails with an Eastern twist.

London is home to world-class bars, from homegrown concepts to international brands. Now, Tea House Bar has opened in the capital. Located on Sydney Street, Chelsea, it is a sultry spot for cocktails, making it a great place for a memorable night out.

Tea House Bar is tastefully decorated with a theatrical meets South East Asian décor. The space includes strong red hues across the cushions, sofas and curtains. Guests can choose to sit on the long banquettes or chairs by round tables. Each spot is lit with a little fringed lamp, and candlelight-inspired lights are hung on the walls.

At Tea House Bar, we also spotted a piano with a candle on top and floral artwork on the walls. The space includes mini Chinese-style statues, and—true to its name—drinks are served in traditional Chinese-inspired pots of tea.

The drinks list at the hip and happening new bar includes cocktails with an Eastern twist and playful names packed with personality. Jade Rabbit features Tico Blanco tequila, mint, and lime. Tiger’s Decoy features citrus, rum, and strawberry. Three Evils features Shiso Gin and yuzu. Maiden Who Was Stolen Away features Tico Blanco, Sichuan Pepper, and apples. Other drinks range from The Legend of Confucius to The Rise of the Emperor.
