The restaurant and bar will be in London for a month-long residency this summer.
If you haven’t had the pleasure of visiting Dante Bar in New York, fear not – as the award-winning bar and restaurant is bringing a taste of downtown Manhattan to Mayfair, with a month-long residency at Claridge’s running from 30 June 2025.
Led by husband-and-wife duo Linden Pride and Nathalie Hudson, the celebrated Dante Bar, originally founded in 1915 as Caffe Dante and reimagined in 2015, has garnered global acclaim for its modern take on the classic aperitivo.

The Claridge’s takeover will feature a daily Aperitivo Hour, complete with Dante Bar signatures such as the ‘fluffy’ orange juice Garibaldi, Negroni Bianco, the Dante Martini, and a Chocolate Negroni fountain.
Guests can also expect a fantastic food menu filled with American favourites, including Dante x Claridge’s Sliders, Seafood Towers, Shrimp Cocktail, and a New York Strip Steak with chimichurri. Dante’s signature burger also makes an appearance.
Weekends in July will offer a New York-style brunch featuring Banana Bread with ricotta and honey, Buttermilk Pancakes and Huevos Rancheros with salsa verde and fried eggs.
Claridge’s Culinary Director, Simon Attridge, shared: “We are so looking forward to welcoming longstanding friends from Dante NYC to Claridge’s Restaurant. We know London will enjoy a touch of the glamour of New York’s cocktail and dining scene with the same warm hospitality that we hold dear.”
Claridge’s has a reputation as one of London’s most luxurious hotels. Located in the heart of Mayfair, it has welcomed royalty, dignitaries, and Hollywood stars since the 19th century. Known for its Art Deco interiors, glamorous afternoon teas, and Michelin-starred dining, Claridge’s blends classic British heritage with contemporary sophistication.
