The Georgian-inspired restaurant is making its way to the capital.

London's vibrant culinary scene is about to get a spicy infusion with the grand opening of Kink(all)y and its hidden cocktail haven, Bar Kinky. Nestled on Charlotte Street, this Georgian-inspired restaurant, opening its doors on 6 December, promises to tantalise taste buds and transport diners on a culinary journey across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Step into Kink(all)y, where floor-to-ceiling windows and a stone frontage welcome guests. Natural textures create a cosy atmosphere inspired by the Caucasus Mountains, reflecting the rich cultural tapestry between Europe and Asia. The design incorporates wood and stone, drawing from Georgian language, folklore, and architecture, ensuring a visual feast that complements the culinary experience.

Venture downstairs, and you'll find Bar Kinky, a subterranean cocktail den. Illuminated by vivid orange and violet lights, this hidden gem offers a menu that tells the story behind each drink. From a twist on the Old Fashioned to a Gimlet featuring gin, sesame, and tonka, Bar Kinky promises to redefine London's cocktail scene.

But the star of the show is Khinkali, a twisted dumpling filled with a variety of tantalising flavours such as wagyu beef, langoustine, and pheasant. Chef David Chelidze, from the acclaimed Hedonist restaurant, takes the lead in crafting these delightful dumplings, showcasing the diversity of Georgian cuisine.

But Kink(all)y doesn't stop at Khinkali. The menu boasts small plates that blend Georgia's ancient food culture with contemporary flair. Picture aubergine with satsebeli and vanilla sauce, beef tartare with taleggio and Kakheti oil, and sundried beets with ricotta and tkemali sauce. For those with a sweet tooth, homemade cream cheese topped with persimmon, pecan, and salted caramel, as well as rice dough sweet khinkali with champagne, grace the dessert menu.
