Little Julie's serves freshly prepared coffee, juices and sandwiches.

Julie's Restaurant has expanded its offering with a new pop-up. Both venues are in Holland Park, with the original restaurant in Clarendon Cross, and the pop-up on Portland Road. Little Julie's has initially opened temporarily and plans to become a permanent café. If you're looking for a new neighbourhood hangout, here's what you need to know.

Little Julie's serves breakfast and lunch in a casual setting. Diners can enjoy hot and cold drinks, including a brilliant brew. The morning menu features brioche buns and homemade granola with seasonal compote. The lunch menu includes sourdough sandwiches and rolls. Plus, there's a range of freshly squeezed juices and fresh bread made with Wildfarmed flour to take home.

Julie's has been a cherished fixture in the capital's dining scene since it opened in 1969. Founded by designer Julie Hodgess before being taken over by Tim and Cathy Herring, it remains a firm favourite among the local elite, artists, royals and celebrities. Famous faces who have visited include Mick Jagger, Naomi Campbell, Princess Diana and Tom Cruise.

More than half a century (and several re-launches) later, Julie's Restaurant has been taken over by young restaurateur Tara MacBain, who has breathed new life into the chic neighbourhood bistro. The concept showcases European dining and focuses on seasonal ingredients. The menu celebrates British produce, and many of the ingredients have been sourced from local farms and suppliers.

Little Julie's is open from Wednesday to Friday from 7:30am to 5pm, and Saturday to Sunday from 8am to 5pm.
