London, we have some delicious news. Pizz’Aria will be making its way from Monaco to the capital. The popular place is famous for its Neapolitan-inspired pizzas, and is set to make its debut in the city. The location and opening date have not yet been confirmed, but here’s what we know.

In 2021, Pizz’Aria was formed by Riccardo Giraudi and Christian Pederzini. The team pride themselves on creating authentic Italian flavours, and have drawn inspiration from recipes from Ancient Rome. The pizzas are oval shaped and come in a range of flavours, and the signature dish is the wood fired baked Pinsa Romana.

Pizz’Aria’s Monaco menu includes La French Rita with olives, Le Roi Gustaf with truffle and mozzarella, La Reine Pagoda with mozzarella and mushrooms, and Ritale with fresh basil and olive oil. Side dishes range from Mozzarella Sticks to Onion Rings. Desserts include Chocolate Mousse, Lemon Meringue Tart, and Tiramisu.

Pizz’Aria's design and décor is packed with personality and a playfulness. The restaurant looks like it has come straight from a Wes Anderson film, thanks to the cool and contemporary aesthetic.

Riccardo is behind the Riccardo Giraudi Hospitality Concepts, which has restaurants around the world. Beefbar can be found in Dubai and Riyadh; Le Petit Beefbar can be found in London and Dubai. African Queen is making its way from France to the UAE. The original venue in the South of France has attracted A-list starts including Bono, Naomi Campbell and Sylvester Stallone. The new venue will open in J1 Beach, Dubai, and will fuse together African and French influences.
