From Kerridge to Kinoya: Harrods’ Food Hall gets a luxurious revamp

The international names include Dubai’s homegrown concept, Kinoya Ramen.

Harrods is famous across the world for its luxury labels. Now, the London department store is revamping its Food Hall, and welcoming world-renowned chefs. So, if you’re a foodie, put this redevelopment on your radar.

Harrods’ Food Hall is made up of the Chocolate Hall, Fresh Market Hall and the Dining Hall. The Dining Hall is temporarily closed and it will reopen on 7 October. The site will include familiar favourites with new menus, and new concepts from international chefs.

Dubai-based Neha Mishra is making her international debut. Kinoya Ramen, which went from a supper club to a restaurant and then a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand recipient, is coming to Harrods. Specialising in ramen, the dishes include Shio Paitan Ramen, a slow-cooked chicken broth with dashi, served with seared chicken, to Tonkotsu Ramen, with a 12-hour broth that is only available in Harrods. Plus, the snacks include Burnt Butter Scallops, Miso Butter Aubergine and Wagyu Tsukuba’s meatballs.
