Top up your Oyster card and join the first free music festival in a train station.

It’s not often you can watch a free concert in London, especially if it’s from a world-famous act. Sugababes has announced that it is doing just that – the girl group will be performing at TrainLive on 8 December. The only catch: you have to enter a draw to nab tickets.

TrainLive is the United Kingdom’s first free music festival in a train station. It’s fitting that Sugababes are hopping on board, as their debut song Overload features the catchy chorus: “Train comes I don’t know its destination”. If you want to get your hands on tickets, you have to enter a ballot online. The winners are announced on 7 December, and the location will be revealed on the morning of 8 December.

Over the years, the British girl group Sugababes has been changing its line-up as often as the country’s prime minister. The founding members have recently reunited and reclaimed the original name. The line-up includes Keisha Buchanan, Mutya Buena and Siobhan Donaghy.

The group achieved six UK number-one singles with About You Now, Freak Like Me, Round Round, Hole in the Head, Push the Button, and Walk This Way. The group released five UK top ten albums, and four were certified platinum in the UK. Plus, they have been nominated for six Brit Awards and won for Best British Dance Act.

Sugababes recently performed in Dubai, UAE on 18 November. The group headlined the event, which took place at BLA BLA Dubai. The line-up also included Busted, Snap! And Vengaboys.

TrainLive starts from 1pm. Good luck.
