This marks the debut of Planetarium Go in the United Kingdom.

Planetarium Go is set to make its debut in the United Kingdom. In 2026, it will bring a state-of-the-art mobile planetarium to Battersea Power Station. Running from 30 January to 1 March, the immersive pop-up will take over Power Station Park.

Arriving in the UK from Spain, the experience introduces a mobile planetarium housed within a purpose-built structure. Inside, visitors will experience stunning high-resolution projections that bring astronomy to life in a truly immersive way.

The experience will offer a family-friendly day out. It’s a chance for curious minds to learn about space through science and storytelling. Combining advanced technology with mobility, the experience has been designed to be engaging and entertaining for audiences of all ages.

The programme aims to inspire young people interested in STEM subjects, making it appealing for families, school groups and young explorers. Alongside its educational focus, the planetarium promises a memorable day out.

José Jiménez, CEO of Planetarium Go UK and AstroÁndalus, said: “Our purpose is to bring science to more places and offer immersive experiences that spark curiosity and inspire STEM pathways from an early age. This blends education and excitement to transform learning into a memorable experience. We work with communities, schools and local organisations to make science accessible to everyone, bringing a mobile planetarium to cities that do not yet have one”.

Tickets are priced at £15 for adults and £12 for students, with discounted rates available for school groups and families. Check in with FACT for the best things to do in London.
