Phantom Peak brings a touch of the Wild West to London.
London loves an immersive experience. The capital has welcomed larger-than-life worlds that recreate film sets and entirely new realities. This summer, Phantom Peak is set to open in Stratford, following a successful run in Canada Water – and here’s how to get hold of tickets.
Phantom Peak isn’t just something you visit – it’s somewhere you experience. Phantom Peak’s Canada Water site will close on 28 February 2026. Guests will then be able to return to the Wild West-meets-steampunk immersive town as the concept moves to a brand-new home.
The immersive town combines live performance, interactive storytelling and game-based challenges. The narrative changes every few months, allowing guests to follow storylines, solve quests and meet eccentric characters.
Set across multiple levels, the space features three distinct areas: Old Town, Town Square and Lakeside. Each area boasts its own storyline, characters and atmosphere. Expect an underground industrial mining town, a lakeside world built around an indoor lake, and a bustling Town Square with multi-storey buildings.
The Thirsty Frontier Saloon will be open seven days a week. Plus, technology will also power the gameplay, including custom-built systems that allow characters to trigger lighting, sound and physical effects.
Nick Moran, co-founder and creative director of Phantom Peak, said: “We’re thrilled to be bringing Phantom Peak to the iconic Westfield Stratford City in Summer 2026. After more than three exceptional years of overwhelming public support and enthusiasm, it feels like the perfect moment to introduce the Phantom Peak experience to such a prestigious destination.
“Phantom Peak has been built around bold world-building, shared discovery, and unforgettable moments. This next chapter marks an exciting evolution of the brand - and we can’t wait to welcome even more guests into the town and create an experience that blows them away, time and time again.”
