Falling on the tenth day of the month of Dhul Hijah in the Islamic calendar, Eid al-Adha (known as the 'Feast of Sacrifice') is an Islamic festival celebrated globally. This year, it's expected to begin on the evening of Friday, 6 June and will end on the evening of Tuesday, 10 June. Eid In The Square

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, will bring back his annual festival to Trafalgar Square. Now in its 20th year, Eid In The Square is fantastic for families and friends. The festival features live music and performances, street food stalls, mehndi and face painting, as well as kid-friendly workshops. It takes place on 8 June, from 12pm to 6pm, and will be free of charge for everyone.

Eid in the Park and 1Eid Festival 2025 will include all sorts of activities. Eat and drink your way around the international stalls, and shop at the fashion stalls. Activities include boxing and sumo competitions, axe and sword throwing, a petting zoo, circus workshops, a funfair and bazaars. The vast array of things to do creates a great day out for the family and a wholesome way to celebrate Eid in London. The event will take place in Goodmayes Park, Ilford on 6 June at 10am to 8 June 9pm, and Wardown Park, Luton on 6 June at 8am to 8 June 9.30pm.

Eid Al Adha London

Osterley Eid Fair 

Osterley National Trust Park and House will be hosting a memorable Eid Al Adha celebration in London. For one day only, it will host some of the biggest names in the Halal food scene for their Halal food market, unique small businesses for their Artisan market and entertainment for kids, including horse riding, a funfair, inflatables and other community games. Entry will be free, with paid parking available. The fair will be on Saturday, 14 June, from 12pm to 7pm.
