Visit the new Simpson’s in the Strand

In Temple, one of London’s historic restaurants, receives a bold revival. Restaurateur Jeremy King is behind the reopening of Simpson’s in the Strand, which will comprise two restaurants, two bars and a small ballroom for private events. This March, meat lovers should check out Cooper’s Cut at Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge. Cooper’s Cut will be located in the space previously occupied by acclaimed chef Anne-Sophie Pic. The two-MICHELIN-starred restaurant La Dame de Pic has closed after eight years. Cooper’s Cut aims to become the hotel’s newest dining destination. The full menu has not yet been unveiled. So far, we know it will feature premium cuts of beef sourced from around the world, including British grass-fed beef, Galician beef and Wagyu steak.

Stranger Things actress Sadie Sink is set to make her West End debut. She will star in a production of Romeo and Juliet alongside British actor Noah Jupe.
