Located on Cromwell Road in South Kensington, Emirates World Travel Store combines state-of-the-art technology with Emirates’ signature hospitality. This new store — the biggest one so far — spans 270 square meters, offering an open-plan and lounge-like environment.
The Emirates World Travel Store offers an immersive experience for all. Seven dedicated customer service counters, along with travel experts are available to assist you with everything from flight reservations to Skywards loyalty program queries.
The London store offers a glimpse into the Emirates’ onboard luxury. Here, you get a chance to step inside a life-sized replica of the First Class private suite, hang out in a full-sized A380 Onboard Lounge, or try out the Premium Economy seat to ensure your travels are smooth.
Other fun elements to enjoy at the Emirates World Travel Store include the ‘selfie mirror’ where you can take photos with Emirates’ destinations as backdrops. For those looking for souvenirs or travel essentials, such as an Emirates aircraft model, gadgets, or Emirates-branded Wimbledon towels.
The London outpost is part of Emirates’ retail strategy, making it the first one to open in Europe. Currently, the Emirates World Travel Stores operate in Dubai, Hong Kong, and Nairobi, with plans to launch 40 more.
Emirates currently operates 133 weekly flights to Dubai from seven airports across the UK. Over 45,000 passengers fly with Emirates from London each week, and now they have a new hub in the city to explore.
