The Delano brand can be found around the world, from Dubai to Paris. Now, it is set to make its debut in the United Kingdom. In late 2026, Delano London will open near Kensington Gardens, overlooking Hyde Park. If you are hoping to snap up a stay, here is what you need to know.
Opening in partnership with Signature Developers and DCD Properties, Delano London will bring together timeless elegance and cultural energy in one of the capital’s most storied neighbourhoods. Designed by Archer Humphryes Architects, the hotel will comprise 67 rooms and suites, characterised by rich materials and organic forms.
A touch of Miami will land in London. Delano London will feature a reimagining of Miami’s legendary Rose Bar, and an exciting new restaurant conceived by Ennismore’s food and beverage platform. Plus, there will be an exclusive retail offering and a curated wellness space.
Delano first opened in Miami in 1995. The lifestyle hotel brand aims to combine pleasure and play. The original hotel is located directly on the beach and blends historic glamour with modern amenities. Today, there are seven properties in the development pipeline.
Delano is part of the Ennismore group. The group’s hotel brands include 25hours Hotels, Hyde, Mama Shelter, Mondrian and SLS. These brands can be found around the world, from Europe to the Middle East. One of its most recent openings is SLS The Red Sea, located on Shura Island, Saudi Arabia.
