Get ready for the Future of Food. Running from 12 to 24 May 2026, the new festival is a celebration of sustainability, innovation and creativity. Taking place across Regent Street and St James’s, the event shines a spotlight on those leading the way, and includes special pop-ups, talks and dinners.
Throughout the event, a range of offers will be available across participating restaurants and shops. As part of the festival, St James’s Food Fair will take place on 16 May 2026 and will include an open-air market. Take your pick from street food stalls, which showcase innovative and sustainable suppliers.
On 21 May 2026, cocktail lovers can indulge in a lively 90-minute masterclass at Jul’s. Led by an expert in-house mixologist, this hands-on session invites guests to shake, stir and sip their way through two signature cocktails, perfectly paired with a selection of delicious small plates.
On 23 May, The Sustainable Table at The Stafford features the renowned chef, Michael Caines. Guests can enjoy an evening with Michael, as he shares the inspiration behind his four-course menu and his passion for sustainability. The meal combines modern European techniques and British cuisine.

On 24 May, Ambassadors Clubhouse will offer a Sunday lunch. Part of the celebrated JKS Restaurants group, it is inspired by the grandeur of traditional Punjabi clubhouses. The restaurant serves refined, spice-led Northern Indian dishes, with a strong focus on seasonal ingredients and responsible sourcing.
