Gordon Ramsay's Bread Street Kitchen will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.


Gordon Ramsay has built a culinary empire that spans the globe, with restaurants in Dubai, Las Vegas and beyond. Now, he’s bringing things a little closer to home with the launch of Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen and Bar at 22 Bishopsgate. Located in the City of London, it will open its doors on 6 May 2026.

Gordon hails from Scotland, United Kingdom. He is famous for his outspoken and controversial personality on TV shows ranging from Hell’s Kitchen to The F Word. Profanity aside, he is an award-winning chef, and his restaurant portfolio currently holds eight MICHELIN Stars.

Excitement for Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen and Bar at 22 Bishopsgate is already building. Bookings are officially open, and there’s also the Netflix show Being Gordon Ramsay, which recently dropped. The series documents his journey as he transforms 22 Bishopsgate into a dining destination.

Bread Street Kitchen and Bar at 22 Bishopsgate will be an all-day dining destination. Located on the 59th floor, it’s set to become the second-highest restaurant in London, pairing sky-high dining with spectacular skyline views. Open from 6.30am, it will offer breakfast with a view, as well as lunch and dinner. Plus, there will also be a sports bar, complete with a 24-hour licence.

The menu for Bread Street Kitchen and Bar at 22 Bishopsgate includes Gordon Ramsay Fish and Chips, and the BSK Wagyu Burger with mayo, aged Cheddar and fries. The Idiot Sandwich – yes, it’s actually called that – features braised short rib, Cheddar cheese, spicy tomato chutney and fries. The G.F.C. (Gordon’s Fried Chicken), a classic Gordon dish, comes with triple-cooked drums and thighs. If you want one of his most iconic dishes, order the Beef Wellington, which comes in a portion for two. Dishes also include a Chickpea Tikka Masala, Mac and Cheese, chops, fish, pastas, and steaks.

David Tapley, FACT's Editor-in-Chief, recently caught up with Gordon at Bread Street Kitchen in Dubai to discuss his mentorship style, favourite dishes, and the things he's absolutely detests in the kitchen.

22 Bishopsgate which is officially London's tallest skyscraper is home to Lucky Cat on the 60th floor which offers 360-degree views of London. Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High, also located on the 60th floor, offers a 12-seat chef's table.
