Birchwood – The Conduit – no, we are not talking about timber and trees, but Chef Will Devlin’s new restaurant, which will open in London. Created in partnership with The Conduit and Levy, it will be located in Covent Garden and open on 22 June.
The Conduit club is normally closed to the public. Birchwood – The Conduit will be open to the public, and will be a cafe, bar and all-day restaurant. In the autumn, it will open a rooftop restaurant. The space will draw inspiration from nature, with a design defined by natural, earthy tones.
The venue aims to celebrate the land and showcase fresh produce. The new opening promises to connect the capital's energy with ethical farming and seasonal cooking. At the heart of the concept is a commitment to sustainability. The menu will reflect Devlin’s approach as both a chef and a farmer, drawing on his experience working his own land in Kent. Choose from pastries, sandwiches, toasties and more. Dishes will range from a Beef Topside Pastrami Reuben on rye bread to Sutton Hoo Chicken.
