Located in Covent Garden, the restaurant draws inspiration from New York.

NoMad London has unveiled its latest restaurant, Twenty8 NoMad. Located in Bow Street, Covent Garden, it draws inspiration from New York brasseries. Opening on 9 May, it serves NoMad New York's favourites in the heart of central London.

Twenty8 NoMad derives its name from the locations of NoMad London and NoMad New York. The name is a nod to 28th and Broadway in New York, and 28 Bow Street in London. The concept aims to recreate moments of nostalgia, and the beauty of old-school brasseries. Martin Brudnizki Design Studio is behind the restaurant's look, which combines class and charm.

The food menu spans appetisers, raw and mains. Appetisers include the NoMad Salad, Crispy Artichokes and Grilled Bone Marrow. Raw includes King Caviar, Oysters on the Half Shell and Razor Clams. Mains include Lamb Tortellini, Seared Atlantic Cod and White Asparagus. Plus, if you're after sweet treats, afternoon tea will be served in the Library from Thursday to Sunday.

The bar specialises in Martinis, which are presented in a mini or traditional size. Sip your way through a range of flavours including the Dry Martini, Manhattan and Strawberry Vesper Martini. The Twenty8 Martini is the bar's take on a Dry Martini. The drinks list includes classic New York cocktails, from a Cosmopolitan to Penicillin, and a range of non-alcoholic cocktails.
