Enjoy theatrical dining in the historic location.
A taste of the Middle East is landing in London. The Black Cow is moving from Camden to Shoreditch. Opening on 12 June, it combines an American steakhouse-style grill with Middle Eastern flavours.
The Black Cow originally opened in the Hawley Wharf development, which was located in the heart of Camden. Amir Batito and Shiri Kraus are behind the concept, and also run Epicurus in Camden. Now, they have announced that The Black Cow is moving across the capital, and into the new Shoreditch development, The Stage. The space is part of a large apartment block and was the original location of Shakespeare's Curtain Theatre. Diners will be able to watch the chefs at work in the open kitchen with the flames rising.

The Black Cow's new menu has not yet been unveiled. If the original restaurant is anything to go by, diners are in for a treat. We expect everything from Cornbread with Lamb Butter to the Lamb Merguez Corn Dog with labneh and sweet harissa. Steak fans can choose from a range of options, including Josper Grilled Steaks with cuts including onglet, picanha and T-bone. The team pride themselves on creating 100 per cent dry-aged steaks. Plus, cocktails will include the Ottoman Martini with vodka, Kahlua, Turkish coffee, cardamom and cream.
With its new venue, The Black Cow aims to entertain diners with the theatrical spectacle of Broadway and the bold flavours from the Middle East.
