Chef Francesco Mazzei is behind the new restaurant.

Corinthia London is home to world-class bars and restaurants. Now, it is set to welcome Chef Francesco Mazzei’s Mezzogiorno. Opening in November, the concept will showcase Italian cuisine.

Mazzei is no stranger to London – his restaurants include Franco’s, L’Anima, and St Alban. He later teamed up with D&D London, opening three restaurants for them: Fiume, Radici, and Sartoria. He has also taken up residence at the Corinthia Palace in Malta.

Mezzogiorno will be located in what was previously The Northall in Corinthia London. The new restaurant draws inspiration from the chef’s Calabrian heritage and Southern Italian cooking. The menu includes Bistecca alla Fiorentina, Mazzei’s Marsala Tiramisu, Scottish Crab with Tuscan Panzanella, and Umbrian White Truffle Tortelli. There will also be a white truffle menu and an aperitivo bar menu.

The dining room boasts earthy tones with touches of greenery, terracotta hues, soft stone, and natural textures. The space will also include an open kitchen. From hand-rolled pasta to delicately prepared seafood, every dish will be crafted in full view of diners. The space aims to turn dining into theatre, connecting you to the energy of the team.

Corinthia London is also home to bars and restaurants. Tom Kerridge is behind the restaurant, Kerridge’s Bar and Grill, which showcases British classics with traditional techniques. Velvet by Salvatore Calabrese is a luxury Champagne and cocktail bar, and it has been created with the drinks expert, Salvatore Calabrese.
