Major's Grill draws inspiration from The Grill in New York.
Carbone has made a name for itself in New York, Dubai, Riyadh and London. Now, the team behind the restaurant have announced that they will be opening Major’s Grill. Scheduled to open in 2026, it will be located in Cambridge House on Piccadilly.
Cambridge House was previously home to the In and Out Club. The swish spot boasts an air of exclusivity with its gated driveway and white façade. The restaurant draws its inspiration from The Grill in New York and will pay homage to it with its name and concept.
Major’s Grill will be a brasserie-style restaurant, with grill dishes at the heart of the concept. Mario Carbone shared (and then deleted) a story about the restaurant on Instagram. The dishes and décor have not yet been confirmed.

In New York, The Grill is located in the Four Seasons Hotel New York inside the Seagram Building. The space was decked out in a glamorous style and with golden hues. The menu is a modern take on the classic American chop house. Dishes include Honey Mustard Duckling, Prime Rib from a trolley, Seagram Crab Cake, and Whole Dover Sole. Plus, a range of steaks cooked to your preference.
If you can’t wait, then head to Carbone. The OG is located in Greenwich Village, and the new London opening is located in The Chancery Rosewood. It has attracted A-list diners including Adele, Barack Obama, Jennifer Lopez, the Kardashians and Travis Scott. It’s famous for its dishes, including Chicken Scarpariello, Linguini Vongole, Seafood Salad, Spicy Rigatoni and Veal Parmesan. The hotel is also home to an exciting range of restaurants and bars, covering a diverse mix of cuisines and concepts.
