The new weekend-only breakfast experience is served counter-side in the heart of the kitchen.
Pavyllon at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is giving early risers a new reason to set their alarms. From 10 January 2026, the Mayfair restaurant will introduce a five-course breakfast tasting menu, billed as the city’s first Michelin-starred breakfast concept.
Running every weekend, the experience is served at the Pavyllon restaurant counter, placing guests front and centre for the theatre of service and offering a closer look at the team in action. Breakfast will be available from 6.30am to 10.30am on Saturdays, and from 7.30am on Sundays, bringing a sense of occasion to the start of the day.

Created by Executive Chef Benjamin Ferra Y Castell under the guidance of acclaimed Chef Yannick Alléno, London’s first-ever breakfast tasting menu is designed as a structured culinary journey rather than a quick stop for coffee and pastries. It begins with a bespoke ‘amuse-juice’, setting a playful tone before moving into a seasonal bakery creation from executive pastry chef Francesco Mannino.
From there, guests can tailor the middle courses to suit their mood. The menu offers a choice of chia pudding with mango or granola with berries, followed by a main course option that includes eggs royale, with an additional caviar supplement available for those who want to lean fully into the luxury angle. A weekly chef’s special also features, with rotating dishes such as Turkish eggs or tiramisu pancakes, ensuring repeat visits come with new surprises.
To finish, the final course is French toast with caramelised hazelnuts and whipped cream, followed by a parting gift of ‘Les Chocolats de Yannick Alléno’, made with birch bark extract, to take home. Tea or coffee is included, and vegetarian and vegan options are available.
The breakfast tasting menu is priced at £70 per person, with an optional drinks pairing of teas, juices and mocktails for an additional £20.
