The chef brings a bold new vision of British dining to London this September.
A fresh culinary chapter is coming to The Beaumont in Mayfair, as celebrated chef Lisa Goodwin-Allen unveils Rosi, a new restaurant set to open in September 2025. Known for her long-standing tenure at Northcote, the Michelin-starred restaurant in Lancashire, Lisa Goodwin-Allen now brings her signature take on modern British dining to one of London’s most refined postcodes.
As Culinary Director, Goodwin-Allen will reimagine The Beaumont’s food offering with a menu that pays homage to British heritage while embracing playful innovation. Expect dishes that are rooted in tradition yet elevated by precision and creativity, from prime steaks sourced from English Wagyu and heritage Hereford cattle, to a reworked classic pie and a nostalgic “build-your-own” sundae. Desserts promise theatre, with flamed seasonal sponges and a lavish Mayfair Millionaire Tart sure to turn heads.

Rosi replaces the hotel’s Colony Grill Room, signalling a shift not only in the food but also in the aesthetic. The interiors will move away from the moody, club-like atmosphere of its predecessor, instead embracing a brighter, more welcoming design language, an intentional reflection of Goodwin-Allen’s accessible yet elegant cooking.
Speaking about the launch, Goodwin-Allen shared: “I can’t wait to open the doors to Rosi, it’s been a joy working with Stuart, Brendan and Jozef to help create my London home. Rosi is a restaurant where the menu is full of dishes you really want to eat, and the atmosphere is just as inviting. I hope Rosi will be embraced by Londoners, just as I have been.”

The name Rosi is a tribute to Rosemary Saïd, wife of businessman and philanthropist Wafic Saïd, the owner of The Beaumont. With its name rooted in heritage and its eyes firmly on the future, Rosi is poised to be one of the capital’s most exciting new openings this autumn.
