Lagana is a Mediterranean concept located in Shoreditch.
Pachamama Group is behind some of London’s most exciting restaurants, from Bottarga to Zephyr. Now, it’s set to open its latest Mediterranean concept: Lagana. Located in Shoreditch, the new restaurant is scheduled to open on 15 September.
Drawing inspiration from Greek cuisine, Lagana will offer a more relaxed yet refined dining experience. Group Executive Chef Tzoulio Loulai will lead the kitchen, with creative direction from Brand Director Yaroslava Malkova.
The meal kicks off with a nod to the restaurant’s namesake, lagana. The kitchen serves this puffed flatbread straight from the oven, ready for guests to scoop up seasonal dips and spreads. Expect dishes including Anthotiro cheese with thyme, truffle oil, and honeycomb. And Courgette Tempura with spiced red pepper sauce, and
From the grill, guests can choose from a range of skewers, including Dry-aged Picanha and Lamb kebabs with oregano-tomato, cumin yoghurt and roasted fennel. Seafood options include Sea Bass Ceviche in kakavia sauce, and a take on Bouillabaisse. For dessert, try the Loukoumades – the team fills these Greek doughnuts with graviera cheese.
If you can’t wait for the opening, explore Pachamama Group’s other restaurants. The team creates distinctive culinary concepts across the globe. Its portfolio includes Bottarga in Chelsea and Zephyr in Notting Hill, which is also home to the hidden cocktail bar, Naked & Famous. Plus, the concept comes from the same creatives behind Soraya in Abu Dhabi, which champions Persian cuisine.
