The London and Los Angeles link-up features limited dishes and exclusive merch.

Thai-American diner Chet's in London is teaming up with LA streetwear label The Hundreds for a flavour-packed takeover that blends food, fashion and culture. Running all month, the collaboration introduces a bespoke menu and a capsule of custom merchandise, all anchored by the energy of two creative cities and powered by the esteemed whiskey brand Johnnie Walker.

Hosted at The Hoxton in Shepherd's Bush, the London pop-up sets the stage for a stateside echo at The Hoxton in Downtown LA. Chet's concept chef, Kris Yembangroong, is on hand to ensure the partnership feels authentic on both sides of the Atlantic. Together, they unveil The Hundreds Stacked, a diner-style lineup that balances bold Thai notes with comforting Americana.

On the menu, expect crowd-pleasers with a twist. The Hundreds Burger stacks a double smash patty with American cheese, pickles, onions and a Johnnie Walker-infused burger sauce that adds depth without overwhelming the classic profile. Khao Soi Queso Fries take cues from northern Thai curry, finished with herbs and pickled chilli for brightness. To finish, Hard Shakes lean into playful indulgence with Banana Blvd, Pineapple Cruiser and Smokin' Cherry, each featuring a Johnnie Walker accent that nods to the partnership.

The Hundreds brings its community-driven spirit to the table, channelling the skate, music and art culture of Southern California into limited pieces that feel collectable yet wearable. Guests can pick up exclusive Chet's x The Hundreds items, including graphic tees, diner mugs and a limited-edition skate deck. The drop is available at The Hoxton in Shepherd's Bush and The Hoxton in Downtown LA, making it easy for fans in both cities to get involved.

The collaboration runs throughout September at The Hoxton in Shepherd's Bush. Whether you come for the burger, stay for the shakes or leave with the deck, The Hundreds Stacked offers a full-circle experience that feeds both appetite and aesthetic.
