Jeremy Chan will take over from Skye Gyngell.

The RHS Chelsea Flower Show is more than its beautiful displays of floral design. It also features excellent catering, provided this year by Jeremy Chan and José Pizarro. Running from 19 to 23 May 2026, this year’s flower show will see Chan take over from the late Skye Gyngell.

The culinary duo will head up the menu at the exclusive Spring Garden, a private haven within the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. It offers an elegant and sophisticated dining experience amongst the festivities.

Dishes on Chef Chan’s menu this year include a pea, lovage and green chilli soup with confit trout and beetroot and elderflower emulsion; morel and wild garlic rice with sugar-cured prawns; and a dessert of cherry, pine nut and malted barley.

Chef Chan will be joining forces with the respected José Pizarro for a multi-faceted culinary experience that includes sit-down meals, culinary masterclasses, and live music.
