The launch follows the success of Honest Greens across Europe.
Honest Greens has announced its debut in London. Following its success across Europe, the health-focused restaurant will open in St Anne’s Court in Soho. The brand will launch as hg Soho in December, and will showcase fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Honest Greens first opened in Barcelona in 2017 and has since expanded to major European cities, earning a loyal following. As the name suggests, the brand prides itself on offering food with no hidden secrets. At the heart of the concept are its sustainably sourced dishes and plant-forward philosophy.
On the wall, it states the phrase: “The Real Food Revolution”. The space boasts soft, neutral tones with browns and beige. Guests can choose from banquettes, chairs, long tables, and stools, giving you the chance to dine solo or in a communal setting.

While it offers meat and fish, vegetables are at the core of the concept. Everything is made on site, and the open kitchen lets diners watch the chefs at work. Expect minimal processed ingredients and locally sourced British produce.
Guests can build their meals from the garden bowls and market plates. While the full London menu has not yet been revealed, previous dishes have included Falafel with Tahini Sauce, Spicy Feta, and Steak Chimichurri. Diners can also customise their meals with added proteins, sides and sauces, from cauliflower purée to portobello mushrooms.
