Hawksmoor will be located in St Pancras London Hotel.
The FACT Dining Award-winning brand, Hawksmoor, is expanding. Hawksmoor St Pancras is set to open in the St Pancras London Hotel in London. Scheduled to launch in November, the venue will feature a dining room and The Martini Bar.
Hawksmoor boasts a charming origin story. Childhood friends Will Beckett and Huw Gott opened the first location in Spitalfields in 2006. Their mission was to serve native-breed, grass-fed beef. Quality is the cornerstone of the menu, and it can be tasted in every bite. Today, Hawksmoor has locations across London, as well as in Edinburgh, Liverpool, and Manchester.

Hawksmoor’s co-founder, Will Beckett, explains: "There are very few buildings that Huw and I have always spoken about as dream Hawksmoors, and this is one". Co-founder, Huw, adds: "I’ve always loved working with incredible architectural heritage, and there are no finer buildings around".
Hawksmoor St Pancras will take over what was originally The Midland Grand. The Martini Bar will take over the space formerly occupied by The Gothic Bar. The space will boast high vaulted ceilings and a stage for a DJ. Plus, the menu will include steaks, cocktails, martinis and more.
Opened in 1873, the St. Pancras London Hotel — originally known as the Midland Grand Hotel — now offers a range of dining options, including fine dining restaurants, casual eateries, and a stylish cocktail bar. Sir George Gilbert Scott designed the building. It later served as railway offices before reopening as a hotel in 2011 and is a popular destination for locals, internationals, and commuters using the railway station.
Hawksmoor St Pancras will be the group's eighth restaurant in London.
