The Asian restaurant can also be found in Singapore.

This autumn, the globally celebrated CÉ LA VI London will make its long-awaited European debut at Paddington Square, taking over the top two floors of the Renzo Piano-designed landmark. With sweeping views across the capital’s skyline, the new opening will crown the district as home to the city’s highest rooftop dining destination. The brand can already be found in Dubai and Singapore, and now it is making its debut in the United Kingdom, and here’s what to expect.

CÉ LA VI London will occupy levels 17 and 18 of the skyscraper in Paddington Square, accessible via dedicated high-speed lifts reminiscent of Heron Tower or The Shard. The 17th floor features the main dining room and rooftop bar, anchored by an open central bar that serves cocktails with an Asian twist—think reimagined classics infused with regional botanicals and seasonal flair. Upstairs, the 18th floor introduces a more intimate setting: a private dining room for up to 14 guests with panoramic views over Paddington Basin, and a Lounge Bar with curated DJ sets and late-night performances.

Executive Chef Monchai Ling, whose résumé spans Hakkasan and Raffles Singapore, will lead the culinary direction. The menu promises bold, seasonal ingredients and a modern interpretation of Asian flavours, crafted with social connection in mind. Highlights include Miso Seabass with Green Szechuan Sauce, Lobster Noodles with Aromatic Lobster Oil, and a dedicated dim sum offering that blends tradition with innovation.

The drinks programme is equally ambitious. Head of Wine and certified Sake Samurai, Savvas Symeonidis, has curated a rare list of fine wines and seasonal sakes to complement the menu. Meanwhile, Andrea Kollcaku, Head of Bars, brings a meticulous touch to the cocktail list, blending craftsmanship with creative edge.

“Bringing CÉ LA VI to London is a milestone for the brand,” says Harry Apostolides, Co-Founder and CEO.“ We’re excited to introduce our unique interpretation of modern Asian dining and elevated nightlife to one of the world’s great cities. London’s spirit of innovation and its appetite for global flavours make it the perfect home for our next chapter.”

CÉ LA VI Dubai is a FACT Dining Award winner in Dubai. Located in Address Sky View, it sits on the 54th floor and offers sky-high views of the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa. The venue is stylish, with a bar, club lounge, pool deck and restaurant. The restaurant also boasts rooftop locations in Singapore and Taipei, offering unique menus tailored to each destination. While the specifics of the London menu remain under wraps, they've teased a focus on modern Asian flavours—potentially anything from sushi platters to wagyu steaks.
