The American pianist, singer and composer will share sounds, soul and storytelling.
The award-winning American artist, Jon Batiste, has announced that he will perform at KOKO in London. Running for four nights from 24 June to 28 June 2026, the residency promises a joyful celebration of sound, soul and storytelling.
The performances form part of the inaugural Jon Batiste World Festival, curated by Batiste and co-curated by Michael Mwenso. Each evening will spotlight a different musical concept, showcasing the full sweep of Batiste’s artistry. Audiences can look forward to a symphonic evening with an orchestra, a fan-led ‘by request’ concert spanning his entire catalogue, and a communal celebration centred on songs of hope and change. Plus, look out for special guests.

Over Jon’s career, he has released nine studio albums, an Oscar-winning film score, an original symphony, a piano series, and numerous projects across film and television. His most recent album, BIG MONEY, won Best Americana Album at the 2026 Grammy Awards, marking his eighth Grammy triumph. He rose to fame in the 2010s, in large part due to his role on The Late Show with Steven Colbert.
Batiste said: “I’ve been coming to London since my early days as a teenage touring pianist with Roy Hargrove, Cassandra Wilson and Wynton Marsalis. Those were formative moments in my artistic journey, and the beginning of friendships that have lasted a lifetime. To now host a festival of music in this city at KOKO is truly a dream come true. I cannot wait to see my London people, my British supporters, and those travelling from around the world for this unforgettable moment.”
Tickets to see Jon Batiste in London are on sale from 4 March.
