The Muslim Comedy Takeover welcomes Aatif Nawaz, Tez Ilyas and Azhar Usman.
Get ready to have a laugh. The Global Muslim Comedy Takeover has returned. Taking place throughout December, this marks the biggest tour to date. The event brings together laughter, purpose and community spirit. Running from 12 to 31 December, it will visit 20 cities across the UK.
Now in its 11th year, the Global Muslim Comedy Takeover aims to support and raise money for orphans in Gaza. Over the past decade, the tour has raised more than £12 million, and organisers are hoping to break previous records. The festival takes place throughout the year, and this marks the final one for 2025.
With 20 nights of entertainment, the tour continues its mission of offering comedy for a cause. The line-up features Aatif Nawaz, Tez Ilyas, Azhar Usman and Jeremy McLellan. Aatif is a celebrated British Pakistani comedian who combines cricket with comedy. Tez is the star of Tez O’Clock Show. Azhar and Jeremy are both American Muslim comedians. Azhar is a lawyer turned comedian, and Jeremy draws on the concept of faith in his sets.
This year’s performers deliver sharp satire and family-friendly humour. Venues include the ILEC Conference Centre in Earls Court on 28 December, The Atrium in Whitechapel on 25 December, and Porchester Hall in Bayswater on 31 December, among many others nationwide.
Tickets for the Global Muslim Comedy Takeover are available now. Early Bird tickets start from £8, Standard from £10, Trio bundles are £22, and Family tickets are £35.
