The British band Gorillaz will play their first UK stadium headline next summer in London, celebrating the release of their new album The Mountain. Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett’s animated project caps a nationwide tour with a one-night takeover of Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The shows give you the chance to listen to Gorillaz's albums in all their glory, and the upcoming tour will support the release of the band's new album, The Mountain, which will be released on 20 March 2026. The project features a strong cast of collaborators, including Johnny Marr, Ajay Prasanna and IDLES.

The group are famous for being a digital band, and each show of their UK tour will recreate the album's original visuals. The shows take place on 21 March 2026 at Manchester, Co-op Live, 22 March 2026 at Birmingham, BP Pulse Live, 24 March 2026 at Glasgow, OVO Hydro, 25 March 2026 at Leeds, First Direct Arena, 28 March 2026 at Nottingham, Motorpoint Arena, 29 March 2026 at Liverpool, M&S Bank Arena, 31 March 2026 at Belfast, SSE Arena and 20 June 2026 at London, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Gorillaz formed in 1998 and was created by Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett. Damon is best known as the lead singer of Blur and went on to create this band with four fictional members. There's 2-D on vocals and keyboards, Murdoc Niccals on bass guitar, Noodle on guitar, keyboards and vocals, and Russel Hobbs on drums. 

Over Gorillaz's career, they have sold more than 37 million records. They have won one Grammy Award, two MTV Video Music Awards and four MTV Europe Music Awards. The band's hit tracks include Clint Eastwood, Feel Good Inc, Stylo, Tomorrow Comes Today and Saturnz Barz.

Tickets to see Gorillaz live in London are available via artist pre-sale at 11am on Wednesday, 17 September. The Ticketmaster presale begins on 18 September at 11am.
