Taking place in May, London Craft Week is now in its 12th year

London Craft Week brings creativity and craftsmanship to the capital. Running from 11 to 17 May 2026, it is now in its 12th year. The festival promises a rich celebration of artists from across the UK and around the world. Plus, it offers a chance to explore landmarks in new and unique ways.

London Craft Week includes creatives from 35 countries, over 70 disciplines and more than 150 venues across 14 boroughs. At Sotheby’s, Crafted takes centre stage and includes Secret Ceramics, an anonymous charity sale making its debut, and Curated Ceramics, a new auction featuring works by names including Lucie Rie. Visitors can also enjoy gallery presentations, talks and workshops.

Fashion and craft come together with London Craft Week’s first activation at JW Anderson’s new store. Located on Pimlico Road, the venue hosts a series of exciting events featuring London-based alumni of the Loewe Foundation Craft Prize.

The Square Mile will come alive with a landmark programme in collaboration with the City of London Corporation. The Building Crafts Series offers a fascinating glimpse into craft and conservation in architecture. Highlights include the rare chance to see Portland stone carved by hand at St Paul’s Cathedral, and behind-the-scenes access to the Palace of Westminster.

Jonathan Anderson, JW Anderson Founder and Creative Director, said: "Craft is so important. It is about the curiosity of how something is made. Craftsmanship is so valuable to me - looking at Great British design and the invaluable craft skills that surround it that have been mastered for centuries, makes it essential that we preserve them through making. No matter where you're from in the world, there is something about the idea of human beings making things that we will always find a curiosity in.”

Justine Simons OBE, Deputy Mayor for Culture and the Creative Industries, added: “London Craft Week is a wonderful celebration of creativity with events across our capital offering a glimpse into the world of craft and creative practice. I’m particularly delighted that artists from many of the Mayor’s Creative Enterprise Zones are taking part, with workshops in Tottenham, studio tours in Deptford, and markets in Park Royal and North Acton.”
